1. Free Consultation Calls

We offer a complimentary initial consultation call to help determine if our services are the right fit for your needs. You will not be charged any fee for this consultation.

If you are ever asked to pay for a consultation call, please do not proceed with payment and report the issue immediately by submitting a message through our inquiry form or emailing us directly.

2. No Refunds for Therapy Services

Due to the nature of therapeutic services and the time reserved specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for any completed or missed therapy sessions, whether they are individual, couples, or group sessions. This policy applies regardless of the outcome or level of satisfaction with the session.

3. Missed or Late Cancellations

​

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on notice requirements and fees associated with missed or late-canceled appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations made outside the required notice window may be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.
